About the role

The Program Advisory, Consulting & Execution (PACE) organization is Citi’s internal consulting and program execution team. The organization partners closely with functional and business leadership to deliver significant, measurable business outcomes while retaining critical knowledge and reducing reliance on external consulting firms.

What you'll do

• Drive the analysis of complex data and business processes, developing initial hypotheses to turn ambiguous inputs into actionable solutions
• Support all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closing, driving project execution and the successful completion of tasks and milestones
• Own and execute core program management processes, ensuring all activities and artifacts are compliant with firm-wide policies and standards
• Proactively manage program-level risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring timely identification, escalation
• Prepare communications for project sponsors and senior stakeholders, including the development of executive-level dashboards and progress reports
