Manager – Program Setup and Maintenance (Commercial Cards and Spring)

About the role

We are seeking a professional to join our team in Chennai, India, reporting to the Global Lead of Commercial Cards & Merchant Acquiring (Spring) Program Setup & Maintenance. The primary responsibilities for this position include driving operational efficiency within the team and ensuring a robust risk management framework.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage key operational projects and strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with global stakeholders to achieve industry-leading performance metrics
• Serve as a key representative of the business and Citibank in client-facing engagements as required, upholding the professional standards of the firm
• Conduct the Manager's Control Assessment (MCA) for all related functions, ensuring strict adherence to established control frameworks and policies
• Establish and maintain effective performance metrics, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Turnaround Times (TATs)
• Oversee vendor management activities to drive operational efficiency, align processes with internal controls, and facilitate the sharing of best practices
