About the role
Citi is seeking an Assistant Vice President within the Sales Analytics team to support the development and delivery of sales performance metrics, client analytics, and management reporting across Markets. This role sits at the intersection of data, finance, and business strategy, offering exposure to senior Markets leadership and the opportunity to contribute to key franchise-wide initiatives.
What you'll do
- Produce and maintain recurring sales productivity reporting and performance metrics for Markets businesses, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Support the development and enhancement of Client Value (CV), Wallet, and sales performance methodologies across products and regions
- Analyze client, sales, and commercial performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention
- Consolidate and transform client feedback data from multiple sources, including relationship manager interactions, call reports, and client management systems
- Create and maintain senior management reporting materials, including client profiles, business reviews, and performance scorecards
