About the role
The VMO Coordinator – India supports the Vendor Management Office by coordinating supplier management activities, ensuring seamless contract renewals, supplier engagement, and onboarding processes. This role provides oversight of supplier scoring, event capture, and executive review preparation, while serving as a critical backup for other VMO Analysts.
What you'll do
- Act as the liaison between Contract Renewal and Software Asset Management (SAM) teams
- Maintain and track the renewal schedule across IT suppliers
- Ensure timely escalations and proactive communication regarding renewals
- Coordinate supplier onboarding activities including gathering documentation, compliance and setup of onboarding tasks
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supplier onboarding processes
