About the role
The Principal, Operations & Release Architect serves as the portfolio authority responsible for the architecture, governance, and define the framework for Operations building capabilities, Release Management, and Service Transition across the Global Brands & Commercial Technology portfolio.
What you'll do
- Assess the current state and architect the measurable baselines for Operations and Release Management capability for Commercial Technology
- Define future-state operating models, governance frameworks, and engineering practices
- Provide strategic technical leadership without direct people management
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, metrics, and operational maturity
- Own the architecture for Operations, Release Management, and Service Transition
