About the role
We are seeking an experienced ( 6+ Years) Workday Senior Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Core HR , Core & Advance Compensation, Workday Security . The ideal candidate will possess strong functional configuration knowledge combined with technical capabilities in integrations, reporting, and data migration.
What you'll do
- Workday System Configuration, Enhancements & AMS Support
- Configure and maintain Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Core & Advance Compensation, Workday Security
- Configure and maintain Workday Compensation functionality, including compensation plans, salary plans, allowances, bonus plans, commission plans
- Configure compensation grades, grade profiles, salary structures, and eligibility rules
- Maintain compensation packages, compensation elements, and default compensation assignments
