About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Anaplan professional to primarily lead production support, operational stability, and ongoing optimization of enterprise Anaplan planning solutions supporting Demand and Supply Planning initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability of Anaplan models and integrations in a global production environment.
What you'll do
- Production Support & Operational Ownership
- Provide Level 2 / Level 3 production support for enterprise Anaplan models
- Own end-to-end monitoring of: Model performance, Scheduled imports/exports, Integration processes, Workflow executions, Data synchronization jobs
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for: Model calculation issues, Data mismatches, Integration failures, User access issues, Performance degradation
- Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs and KPIs
