About the role
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution reach, and delivering best-in-class execution across the assigned territory of Siliguri. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening market coverage, managing distributors effectively, maintaining commercial and stock hygiene, and building strong relationships with distributors, sales teams, promoters, and internal stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution reach, and delivering best-in-class execution across the assigned territory of Siliguri
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with agreed business objectives
- Develop sales plans, forecasts, and target allocations for distributors and Territory Sales Incharges (TSIs) at the beat level
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to minimize variances against targets
- Identify growth opportunities and appoint distributors in line with business expansion strategies
