The Forward Deployment Engineer, Marketing bridges advanced technology solutions and practical marketing application. This role works directly with Marketing teams to deploy AI, automation, data, and digital capabilities that improve campaign execution, customer engagement, content workflows, personalization, and marketing effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Partner with Marketing teams to understand business needs, workflow challenges, and opportunities for AI, automation, and digital enablement
- Translate marketing requirements into clear technical needs, solution designs, and deployment plans
- Ensure deployed solutions are usable, scalable, and aligned with Marketing priorities
- Lead or support the design, testing, and deployment of pilots and proofs of concept for marketing use cases
- Define success criteria, expected business outcomes, user adoption measures, and evaluation methods
