Expeditor

About the role

The Expeditor applies its conceptual knowledge of expediting and, with a moderate level of guidance and direction from colleagues and leadership, is responsible for solving a range of straightforward expediting problems. They will be responsible for analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures and building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers.

What you'll do

• Work on assigned projects and fully understand the project’s expediting strategy
• Execute expediting frequency based on the Expediting Level assigned to the Purchase Order
• Liaise with suppliers and other functions to facilitate the status of project goods and materials
• Drive accurate and timely project status reporting process and weekly expediting reports
• Drive issue resolution with suppliers and other functional stakeholders
