About the role
The AI Development Manager will lead the development and delivery of Enterprise-grade AI solutions across all functions as needed. This role combines people leadership, technical depth, delivery accountability, and stakeholder influence.
What you'll do
- Own the AI product roadmap, use-case prioritization, delivery plan, budget, risks, and value realization
- Lead and develop AI developers, Python and .NET developers, architects, and delivery partners
- Partner with business leaders to define outcomes, manage priorities, and communicate progress and decisions
- Provide technical direction for Generative AI, AI agents, RAG, semantic search, and document intelligence solutions
- Establish reusable architecture, engineering standards, CI/CD, ML Ops/LLM Ops, testing, monitoring, and support practices
