About the role
The Senior Technical Analyst supports the Technical Product Management leadership in technical / IT related delivery topics (e.g., trade-offs in implementation approaches, tech stack selection) and provides technical guidance for developers / squad members. Manages the output (quality and efficiency) of internal/external squads to ensure they are delivering to the standards required by McD.
What you'll do
- In partnership with the TPM, participate in roadmap and backlog prioritization
- Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Build and update documents required as part of the product development lifecycle, in close coordination with product
- Create detailed requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide the development and implementation of technology solutions
- Ensure that requirements are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with business goals
