- Audit Trail Analysis: Utilize SAP SuccessFactors Audit Trail Reports to monitor, track, and document changes to employee data, candidate, requisition, and offer status
- Reporting and Recommendations: Document audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to implement corrective actions
