What you'll do
- Collaborate with Global L&D and Markets to lead the deployment of L&D initiatives and priorities
- Lead end-to-end project management for L&D initiatives, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and business partners to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress using tools like Smartsheet, Asana, or Microsoft Project
- Coordinate with IT and platform teams to ensure seamless deployment of learning content
