About the role
Under direct oversight, implement and maintain contract pricing for prime vendor and non-prime vendor accounts for branded products. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining the contracts between Vendor and Customer / Vendor and Medline. The vendor contract receives contract copies from the Vendor to set up a new contract or update an existing contract.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the accurate evaluation and interpretation of a high volume of contracts to ensure all necessary contracts are setup in SAP-Vistex
- Responsible for modification and renewal of contracts in SAP-Vistex
- Working with vendors to obtain contract pricing and tier eligibility
- Working on multiple applications and Vendor portals for extracting and updating data in SAP-Vistex
- Monitor expiring contracts and make any necessary changes in SAP-Vistex as confirmed by the vendors
