About the role
Serves as a member of Medline’s Senior Leadership group, influencing department direction, decisions and other activities. Is accountable for overseeing the in-scope technology operations to ensure availability, performance and operational excellence of Medline’s business. Leads multiple technology disciplines to establish performance goals, design organizational construct, secure resources and oversee execution to achieve goals.
What you'll do
- Accountable for providing overall direction and integration for several technology and Project delivery services in the Enterprise Application space
- Understands business strategy in supported areas and partners with stakeholders to develop a common vision and IT strategy
- Actively participates in long-range strategy planning and manages policy development to address complex business issues
- Communicates and guides within his teams to deliver on IT strategy and works with other leaders to ensure appropriate integration of people
- Provide oversight and direction in his/her areas of responsibility
