About the role
The Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting business operations by coordinating with global teams to manage reports, inventory, and vendor-related processes. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of data used in analysis and reporting, contributing to the operational efficiency of the division.
What you'll do
- Coordinate with teams in India and the US to generate and analyze various operational reports
- Monitor and manage inventory levels including surplus, stock transfers, returns, DEDs, and slot holds
- Review and approve DED (Dedicated Product) requests
- Handle all product returns and resolve AP (Accounts Payable) issues such as overbill notices, problem tickets, debit memos, and credits
- Support overflow calls from the Product Support team
