About the role
The Systems Analyst Lead role collaborates with business partners and application development teams to deliver and maintain required technology solutions. They are responsible for updates to applications / technology platforms, setting up monitoring, responding to issues, troubleshooting and general maintenance of the systems.
What you'll do
- Lead the TMS scrum team day-to-day execution, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives
- Partner with the TMS Manager to monitor delivery metrics, support KPIs, quality indicators, velocity, productivity, and team capacity
- Ensure that delivery outcomes are predictable, transparent, and aligned with business priorities, committed timelines, and agreed quality standards
- Coordinate application support activities for TMS and related logistics systems, ensuring timely triage, escalation, communication, resolution
- Develop hands-on expertise in the underlying TMS applications, integrations, data flows, business processes
