About the role
Responsible for collaborating with business partners and identifying business problems. Will manage and drive multiple primary assignments and handle complex issues/requests. Will act as the primary contact as a business relationship manager that will become a subject matter expert in operations data for Safety, People, Quality, Service, or Cost.
What you'll do
- As part of the Rebates & Pricing team, lead various initiatives and be responsible for maintenance and enhancement of IS Applications supporting Pricing, Rebates
- Build relationships, network and work closely with business users and business leadership to define business processes, roadmaps
- Work closely with the business community to elicit and define requirements
- Own delivery of a project and drive the project to closure with little or no supervision and follow-ups from business or IS supervisors
- Collaborate with various technical and functional teams to evaluate & propose design alternatives and optimize the solution
