What you'll do
- Reviews and responds to trouble tickets and works with end users through resolution as necessary
- Provides Tier III support, drives issues through closure; engage all appropriate cross-team resources
- Understand best practices, compose relevant standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and maximize uptime
- Develop and recommend strategies for network growth and datacenter network security/enhancements by maximizing functionality of network equipment such as switches
- Present innovative solutions to stakeholders and technical staff; participate in implementation resulting in a warm handoff to support
