What you'll do
- Find the problems worth solving: dig into people data (eNPS, attrition, performance, manager effectiveness) and employee conversations to find root causes, not symptoms
- Design and ship solutions that move the number: build policies, processes, programmes or tools
- Own outcomes end to end: from problem statement and leadership alignment through rollout, adoption and measuring impact
- Influence without authority: bring business leaders, HRBPs and other teams along from problem discovery, not just at rollout
- Build with AI: use AI tools and automation to make HR work faster and to scale solutions
