What you'll do
- Partner with Business Leaders and Finance teams on workforce planning, headcount budgeting, organizational design, productivity, cost optimization
- Maintain visibility on headcount, hiring, vacancies, redeployments, contract renewals, non-renewals, attrition, organizational structure, and workforce costs
- Partner with managers on performance management, talent development, succession planning, retention, and performance improvement plans
- Use workforce data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities and recommend appropriate business and people interventions
- Lead the Employee Relations charter across businesses and locations, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution of employee concerns
