What you'll do
- Within this role you deliver IT projects and services for business applications in the Manufacturing, Quality and Operations Technology domain
- You support IT applications with a special focus on Manufacturing Execution Systems, such as Pas-X
- You are in charge of a number of ITIL defined processes such as service requests, change management, disaster recovery, life cycle, incident and problem management
- You manage external suppliers and contractors to secure project support and business continuity according to service level agreements
- Together with other Solution Architects you will define the technical design of the IT solutions and you contribute to process standardization and optimization
