About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Linux/Unix & HPC Computing to lead a team of senior engineers and architects responsible for enterprise infrastructure across on-premises data centers and cloud environments. This role combines technical leadership, infrastructure strategy, people management, operational excellence, and technology transformation.
What you'll do
- Lead the engineering, operations, modernization, and lifecycle management of enterprise Linux/Unix, high-performance computing (HPC), cloud, containerization
- Define and implement enterprise standards for configuration management, automation, orchestration, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, observability
- Establish and maintain high-availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and resilience strategies for critical infrastructure services
- Own patch management, vulnerability remediation, configuration compliance, security hardening, and technology lifecycle management across infrastructure platforms
- Drive infrastructure standardization, automation, proactive capacity planning, reliability improvements, and the reduction of technical debt and operational complexity
