What you'll do
- Participate the construction, commissioning, installation qualification, operational qualification of chemical plant with the engineering team
- Lead the performance qualification and process validation with the support from giving site experts, tech transfer team and supply chain production planning
- Assure compliance to all company and Indian authorities EHS requirements, regulations, and acquire necessary permits in time with support from relevant department
- Continuously improve plant effectiveness in EHS by providing clear and visible leadership as consistent with the philosophy that every incident is preventable
- Lead the continuous improvement projects for all aspects of process performance including production equipment, cycle times, yields, downtime, raw material efficiency
