What you'll do
- Lead or actively participate in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a primary focus on Benefits and HR Analytics
- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional designs and technical specifications
- Configure Benefits programs, plans, options, rates, eligibility profiles, life events, enrollment processes, self-service, and related business processes
- Write and maintain Fast Formulas for Benefits eligibility, rates, coverage, and related business logic
- Build and maintain HCM Extracts for Benefits carriers, vendors, reporting, Analytics, and downstream system integrations
