What you'll do
- Lead or actively participate in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a primary focus on Core HR, Performance Management and/or Learning, and Analytics
- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional designs and technical specifications
- Configure Core HR enterprise and workforce structures, person and employment processes, jobs, positions, grades, and organizations
- Write and maintain Fast Formulas (VB - Value Based / Global HR and related formula types) to support custom business logic
- Build and maintain HCM Extracts for HR and talent data interfaces, reporting, analytics, and downstream system integrations
