Learning & Talent Development – Planning, Delivering, Evaluation Analyze, Design, Develop & Evaluate training programs across the organization. Develop and monitor training assessment post all the sessions Engage with leaders and managers across the organization to understand their needs and develop a range of interventions to support their ongoing development.

- Contribute in development, revision, and evaluation of training course content
