About the role
To ensure the smooth and reliable operation of HVAC systems across the hospital, including patient rooms, ICUs, operation theatres (OTs), diagnostic areas, and other critical clinical and non-clinical areas, while maintaining patient comfort, indoor air quality, temperature, humidity, and infection-control requirements.
What you'll do
- A. Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment as per the approved maintenance plan
- Attend HVAC breakdowns and hospital complaints promptly to minimize downtime
- Maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, split ACs, package units, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems
- Inspect filters, cooling coils, drain trays, drain lines, belts, bearings, motors, dampers, and other components
