About the role
The successful applicant should come with 8-12 years of HR experience across any industry, with strong corporate HR exposure to Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Organization Development, Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement, Change Management and HRMS-driven process transformation.
What you'll do
- Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting and organizational structuring across corporate and business operations
- Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) and align people objectives with business goals
- Partner with business leaders on talent management, succession planning, leadership development and capability building
- Manage compensation, rewards, recognition, retention programs and long-term incentive initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, culture-building and HR business partnering
