Confidence in engaging with senior executives and influencing business through consultative conversations.

- Develop and execute a market growth strategy aligned with the firm's global vision, driving the expansion of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice
- Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with clients and candidates through strategic networking, business development, and consultative engagement
- Identify, assess, and attract exceptional healthcare and life sciences talent, delivering best-in-class recruitment solutions
- Partner with senior professionals including CEO's, CHROs, Business Heads, Directors to understand current and future talent requirements
