Extensive knowledge of legal frameworks and regulations within the retail and fashion/apparel industry. 15-20 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal roles * Strong expertise in contracts, compliance, and M&A
What you'll do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on complex legal matters
- Drive legal governance, policies, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Present quarterly legal updates and risks to the Board
- Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle (~850+ contracts annually)
- Oversee drafting, negotiation, review, and execution of high-value agreements
