About the role
We're looking for someone who has: 15+ years of overall professional experience. Proven experience leading large-scale business transitions in a BPO/shared services environment. Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. PMP or PgMP certification preferred. Opportunity to work with senior leadership and stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead global F&A transitions with end-to-end ownership
- Lead and execute end-to-end Finance & Accounts transitions with complete ownership and accountability
- Drive transition projects across global delivery locations, ensuring seamless implementation and successful outcomes
- Assess client processes for offshoring feasibility, process optimisation, and re-engineering opportunities
- Partner with client stakeholders, business users, senior leadership, and internal teams to deliver transformation programmes
