Head - International Direct Tax Define and execute global corporate tax strategy, including structuring, reorganizations, and ETR optimization You have a proven track record in handling complex tax issues within a global group.
What you'll do
- Lead post-merger integration (PMI) activities, aligning new entities with group tax policies and governance
- Advise business units on tax implications of market expansion and new service offerings
- Act as the key point of contact for international subsidiaries on corporate tax matters
- Manage tax audits and relationships with foreign tax authorities, developing effective defense strategies
- Ensure global corporate tax compliance and consistency across jurisdictions
