What you'll do
- Advise on structuring, negotiation, and documentation of finance transactions, including leasing, secured lending, and receivables financing
- Draft and review transaction documents such as security agreements, guarantees, and related legal instruments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (credit, sales, operations) to assess and manage legal risks
- Support cross-border transactions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to legal templates, governance frameworks, and process improvements
