About the role
A successful Business Partner IT should have: 10+ years of experience in IT Business Partnering, Digital Transformation, Business Technology, Enterprise Applications, or Large-Scale Program Delivery. Proven experience partnering with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, or Commercial business functions to drive technology-enabled transformation.
What you'll do
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation across Sales and Service
- Shape multi-year technology roadmaps with senior leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving process improvements and digital enablement initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Own and manage the digital product roadmap for Sales, Service, and customer experience-related business functions
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, from requirement gathering and solution definition through implementation, deployment, and adoption
