What you'll do
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO
- Partner closely with the Founder & CEO to support strategic business priorities and critical decision-making
- Analyze business, operational, financial, sales, marketing, and people-performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Track business performance against key KPIs and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
- Evaluate marketing and sales initiatives, measure campaign effectiveness, and assess ROI
