What you'll do
- Drive execution of strategic priorities set by the Promoters and leadership team
- Monitor business performance through dashboards, KPIs, OKRs, and management reports
- Lead weekly business reviews across Sales, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Inventory, HR, and New Projects
- Coordinate annual planning, quarterly reviews, and cross-functional initiatives
- Develop data-driven insights and decision-support models for leadership
