About the role
Acting as a central coordination point between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Bringing structure, analytical rigour, and execution discipline to ambiguous and high-priority business problems. The successful candidate will be an MBA graduate from a top-tier business school with 3-5 years of post-MBA experience, preferably from a Tier 1 consulting firm.
What you'll do
- Work directly with a high-impact promoter/CEO across multiple businesses
- Driving high-impact strategic projects across growth, market entry, GTM, business planning, and transformation
- Supporting the CEO in identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities
- Conducting market research, competitive benchmarking, business analysis, and financial evaluation to support decision-making
- Working with leadership teams across businesses to define priorities, track execution, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives
