Interpret complex workforce data and metrics to provide meaningful insights, recommendations and advisory support to leadership teams. What you'll do
- Handle People Analytics to support strategic decisions
- Lead and deliver the end-to-end Annual Compensation Cycle
- Conduct research and perform detailed analysis to identify trends, develop project briefs, and support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
- Manage human capital-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, quality standards and budget
- Build & maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement and deliver effective solutions
