What you'll do
- Own and maintain CMDB data quality, governance, and lifecycle management
- Design, implement, and optimize CMDB processes, standards, and workflows
- Manage Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations with ITSM/ITOM tools
- Analyze and resolve CMDB data discrepancies, ensuring configuration item (CI) accuracy
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, cloud, and operations teams to maintain CI relationships
