What you'll do
- Drafting agreements for sale, conveyance deeds, MOU, lease deeds, leave and license agreement, rectification deeds and various general contracts and letters
- Reviewing title reports in relation to the projects
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders across strategy, leasing, business, design and registration teams
- Providing end to end support on document stamping and execution and coordinating on registration
- Updating standard documents from time to time as per policy and learnings
