What you'll do

• Shape workplace culture and deliver impactful employee experiences
• Drive employee engagement initiatives across a dynamic organisation
• Develop, manage, and execute the annual employee experience strategy and calendar
• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of employee engagement, wellbeing, and cultural initiatives
• Organise employee events including wellness programmes, celebrations, social gatherings, and recognition activities
