About the role

A successful Employee Relations professional should have: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of labour laws and employee relations practices in the Technology & Telecoms industry. Proven ability to manage sensitive employee issues with confidentiality and professionalism.

What you'll do

• Work with global stakeholders across different regions
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions, in a timely and effective manner
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives that promote workplace harmony
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
