About the role

A successful Backend Engineer should have: Proven track record of building and scaling platforms or data-intensive systems Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams Comes with a builder mindset, high ownership, and thrives in ambiguity Background in data-first or high-scale tech companies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks-type environments) is highly preferred

What you'll do

• Own and build the next-gen backend + AI/data platform from ground up
• Own end-to-end development and scaling of backend + data/AI platform
• Architect scalable, distributed systems and define platform infrastructure
• Build and scale data pipelines, model-serving, and AI-enabled capabilities
• Drive engineering best practices, system reliability, and performance
