What you'll do
- Provide legal advice to the leadership team on strategic, commercial and operational matters
- Partner with business functions to enable compliant and commercially sound decision-making
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical mitigation measures
- Lead drafting, review and negotiation of high-value commercial agreements, including leasing, development, procurement, technology and strategic partnerships
- Establish contract governance standards and improve contract turnaround timelines
