High Competence on Project Financing Matters and complex EPC contracts. Deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas. A successful General Counsel should have: Proven experience as a legal counsel in the desired industries of Oil&Gas, Energy and Power, Infrastructure, EPC.
What you'll do
- Provide proactive, in-depth, legal, business-focused advice to the business, balancing commercial needs and legal risks
- Ensure legal compliance and limit risk exposure
- Manage the company's legal function and oversee the work of team members
- Create relations of trust with key partners and stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality legal advice in the Energy & Natural Resources sector, Infra Sector and Manufacturing sector
