What you'll do
- Create amenities for the product richness and aspiration for the product
- Build reusable internal toolkits: brand customer experience guidelines, design templates, audit frameworks, training modules
- Own art-in-architecture strategy - curate rotating sculptures, murals, digital art installations inhous
- Design furniture, biophilia, and layouts for common areas (pantries, breakout zones, atriums)
- Create hospitality training modules (delivered by internal team or low-cost partners)
