Global TA - Build the hiring architecture for a SaaS business, specially GTM hiring. HRBP across Tech, GTM & Ops - Be a strategic partner who understands what the org needs to perform, while working with the respective leadership. Employer Branding - Build the org's narrative and attract talent. HR Team Leadership - Ensure that different HR functions like TA, HRBP and HR Ops work in synchrony.
