What you'll do
- Drive HR ops for a growing, multi-location, high-volume workforce
- Partner leadership to scale HR systems, strategy, and experience
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, supporting a large and distributed workforce
- Own and oversee high-volume payroll operations, ensuring 100% accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across multiple entities and locations
- Manage statutory compliance in payroll (PF, ESIC, TDS, gratuity, etc.) and stay ahead of regulatory changes
